However their Hospitality team took great care of me. Their chef prepared for me especially Hilsa fish for me. I felt completely at home. Their waiter Mr. Pal was very co operative and guided me as to which restaurant to use in the hotel. Their Italian restaurant has a Live Coal fired oven and pizzas were fabulous. Their Restaurant Manager Mr. Kishore Barua looked after me personally. He should be given abroad assignments as his work is of brand ambassador. He looked after me all days though there used to be 200 people dining in the restaurant.

Room and restaurant is good , specially service at restaurants and specially the worker’s name nerjes sultana , she was very good 👍🏻 Reception is very very bad service and too much time checking in and checking out
